1. General
- All prizes and discounts (referred to as “offers”) are available on a limited number of bookings only. Once the maximum number of offers has been reached, the offer will be withdrawn.
- Offers apply to new bookings only and are subject to availability.
- Where a promo code is required, it must be entered during the booking process when prompted.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Offers are not valid on semester lets or shorter contracts. Minimum qualifying tenancy lengths are set out in Section 5.
- Where a room is booked for dual occupancy, only the lead booker is eligible for the offer.
- Offers are as stated and no cash or alternative will be provided.
2. Eligibility
- Offers are non-transferable and are not applicable to:
- Tenancy takeovers;
- University, nomination, or institutional referral bookings.
- Cashback will only be processed once the resident has:
- Signed their contract;
- Paid their first rent instalment; and
- Moved into the property for the 2026/27 academic year.
3. Cashback Application
- Cashback will be applied as a rent credit to the booker’s account.
- The cashback amount will be applied as follows:
- Residents paying in full: cashback applied before full payment is due, to the first instalment;
- Residents paying in instalments: cashback applied to the second instalment.
4. Cashback Recovery on Early Termination
If you give notice and terminate your contract before the contracted tenancy end date and become eligible for a refund, any cashback that has been credited to your account will be deducted from the refundable amount. If the refundable amount is less than the cashback value, Here Student Living reserves the right to recover the outstanding balance from you.
5. Offer Period & Availability
- This offer is valid on bookings made from the date shown in the “Valid From” column below.
- Offers are subject to a cap and may be withdrawn once the cap has been reached.
- Limited availability applies for all bookings made for the tenancy lengths listed in the “Qualifying Tenancy Length” column.

- Here! Student Living reserves the right to suspend, cancel, amend, or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
- All decisions relating to this offer are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and all applicable UK laws.
9. Claim your Cashback
To receive the Cashback offer, the student must email the relevant Here Student Living property within 24 hours of completing their booking, quoting:

If Here Student Living does not have a record of this confirmation within the required timeframe, the offer will be deemed invalid and will not be honoured.
