Rent Cashback Offer – 2026/27 Academic Year

All prizes and discounts (referred to as “offers”) are available on a limited number of bookings only. Once the maximum number of offers has been reached, the offer will be withdrawn.
Offers apply to new bookings only and are subject to availability.
Where a promo code is required, it must be entered during the booking process when prompted.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Offers are not valid on semester lets or shorter contracts (minimum tenancy length of 41 weeks).
Where a room is booked for dual occupancy, only the lead booker is eligible for the offer.
Offers are as stated and no cash or alternative will be provided.

Offers are non-transferable and are not applicable to:
- Tenancy takeovers;
- University, nomination, or institutional referral bookings.
Cashback will only be processed once the resident has:
- Signed their contract;
- Paid their first rent instalment; and
- Moved into the property for the 2026/27 academic year.

Cashback will be applied as a rent credit to the booker’s account.
The cashback amount will be applied as follows:
- Residents paying in full: cashback applied before full payment is due, to the first instalment;
- Residents paying in instalments: cashback applied to the second instalment.

This offer is valid on bookings made from the date shown in the “Valid From” column below.
Offers are subject to a cap and may be withdrawn once the cap has been reached.
Limited availability applies for all bookings made for the tenancy lengths listed in the “Qualifying Tenancy Length” column.
