Refer a Friend Offer 26/27

1. Offer Period

This offer (“Refer a Friend Offer”) is open from 1st November 2025 to 31st December 2026 (“Offer Period”). It applies to referrals made for bookings during the 2026/27 academic year only.

2. Offer Summary

Referrer Reward: A voucher worth £200 (voucher of the company’s choosing).

Referred Friend Reward: A voucher worth £100 (voucher of the company’s choosing).

Vouchers will be issued once all eligibility criteria (detailed below) are met.

No cash alternative or rent credit will be offered.

3. Eligibility – Referrer

To qualify as a Referrer, you must:

  1. Be a current or previous resident of Here! Student Living, with a valid Tenancy Agreement (or Contractual Agreement if staying in a Welsh property) of at least 16 weeks; and
  2. Not be in rent arrears or in breach of any existing or previous agreement with Here! Student Living.

Note: A Referrer does not need to currently reside in or hold a booking with Here! Student Living to make a valid referral and receive the applicable incentive, provided all other eligibility and process requirements are met.

4. Eligibility – Referred Friend

  1. To qualify as a Referred Friend, you must:
  2. Not have held a Tenancy Agreement (or Contractual Agreement) with Here! Student Living in any previous academic year;
  3. Complete a room booking with Here! Student Living for the 2026/27 academic year during the Offer Period;
  4. Be enrolled in a course of study at a UK further or higher education institution during the 2026/27 academic year;
  5. Check in to the Here! Student Living property at the start of their tenancy; and
  6. Remain in residence under a valid Tenancy or Contractual Agreement for a minimum of 16 weeks, without giving notice of cancellation.

5. Booking Completion

A booking is considered complete once the Referred Friend has:

  1. Accepted the terms and conditions of Here! Student Living’s 2026/27 Tenancy Agreement (or Contractual Agreement);
  2. Paid any required deposit or pre-payment of rent; and
  3. Passed any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period without giving notice of cancellation.
  4. Bookings completed after 31st December 2026 will not qualify for this offer.

6. Referral Process

To be eligible for the reward:

  1. The Referred Friend must send an email to the relevant Here! Student Living property’s email address within 48 hours of completing their booking.
  2. The email must include the Referrer’s full name and email address.
  3. The email must not be sent earlier than 24 hours prior to the Referred Friend’s check-in date.

Failure to follow this process may result in the referral being deemed invalid.

It is the responsibility of the Referred Friend to ensure that all referral details provided (including the Referrer’s name and email address) are accurate and complete. Here! Student Living accepts no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or failed voucher deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by either party.

7. Voucher Distribution

Vouchers will be issued electronically to both the Referrer and Referred Friend within 28 days of Referred Friend checking into their accommodation, and only once all qualifying conditions have been met and verified by Now Student Living.

Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or rent discounts.

Now Student Living reserves the right to substitute a voucher of equal or greater value should the chosen voucher become unavailable.

8. Exclusions

This offer:

  1. Cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings;
  2. Excludes bookings made through nomination agreements, referral partnerships, or third-party agents; and
  3. Cannot be used in conjunction with the Group Booking Offer or any other Refer a Friend promotion for the 2026/27 academic year.

9. Verification and Fraud Prevention

Now Student Living reserves the right to:

  1. Verify the identity and eligibility of all participants;
  2. Withhold or cancel vouchers in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms; and
  3. Require reasonable proof of eligibility at any time.

10. General

Rooms are subject to availability.

Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this offer at any time without prior notice.

Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
