Applicable to First-Year, Postgraduate, and Rebooking Students Only

1. Eligibility

You may be eligible to be released from your agreement if:

  • You are a prospective first-year undergraduate, postgraduate, or rebooking student; and
  • Your offer of a place at your chosen university or higher education institution is withdrawn because you did not achieve the required grades.

2. Additional Eligibility

You may also be eligible under this policy if:

  • You are a prospective first-year undergraduate student; and
  • You choose to attend a different university because you exceeded your expected grades.

3. Required Evidence

To apply for release under the No Place, No Pay policy, you must provide one of the following:

  • A written rejection letter from your chosen university, college, or UCAS; or
  • A screenshot of your UCAS status confirming the required results were not achieved; or
  • Proof of acceptance to a new university via UCAS Adjustment.

4. Submission Deadline and Process

4.1 All required documentation must be received within 72 hours of your results being published.

4.2 Documentation must be emailed to the residence email address listed in your booking confirmation email.

5. Verification and Outcome

5.1 Once received, the documentation will be verified.

5.2 If approved:

Any advance rent paid will be refunded in full.

Your agreement will be cancelled; and
