These terms and conditions apply to the Live Tour £100 Cashback Offer at participating Here Student Living properties for the 2026/27 academic year.

1. Offer Period

This offer (“Live Tour £100 Cashback Offer”) is open from 11th August 2026 and is currently ongoing with no fixed end date (“Offer Period”). The offer applies to students who attend a live virtual property tour hosted by Here Student Living during the Offer Period and who complete a qualifying booking for the 2026/27 academic year. Here Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace this offer at any time without prior notice.

2. Offer Summary

Eligible students who attend a live virtual property tour and complete a qualifying booking during the Offer Period will receive:

  • One (1) £100 Cashback, applied as a rent credit to the student’s account.

Cashback will only be issued once all eligibility criteria and conditions set out below have been met. No cash alternative is available.

3. Eligibility – Student

To qualify for this offer, students must:

  • Attend a live virtual property tour hosted by Here Student Living during the Offer Period;
  • Be undertaking a course of study at a UK or Irish further or higher education institution during the 2026/27 academic year;
  • Complete a qualifying booking for the 2026/27 academic year within 7 days of attending the live tour;
  • Not be booking a room at Árasáin P&V, which is excluded from this offer (see Section 7);
  • Check in to the accommodation at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy or contract period;
  • Not be in rent arrears or in breach of any existing or previous tenancy agreement with Here Student Living; and
  • Ensure their booking is countersigned in line with the offer terms. Rooms are subject to availability.

4. Booking Completion

A booking is considered complete once the student has:

  • Accepted the terms and conditions of Here Student Living’s 2026/27 Tenancy Agreement or Contractual Agreement;
  • Passed any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period without giving notice of cancellation; and
  • Successfully completed all required booking steps within 7 days of attending the live tour.

Bookings not completed within 7 days of attending the live tour will not qualify for this offer.

5. Claiming Your £100 Cashback

To claim the £100 Cashback, the student must send an email to the Here Student Living property where the booking was made, with the subject line “Live Tour 100” (or similar wording – exact wording is not required), within 48 hours of completing their booking.

If Here Student Living does not have a record of this confirmation within the required timeframe, the offer will be deemed invalid and will not be honoured.

Each claim will be cross-checked against Here Student Living’s live tour attendance log to confirm the student attended before the £100 Cashback is approved. Claims that cannot be matched to an attendance record will not be honoured.

6. Cashback Distribution

Once eligibility has been verified, the £100 Cashback will be applied as a single rent credit to the student’s account.

Cashback is personal to the qualifying student, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

7. Exclusions

This offer:

  • Cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings completed before the student attended the live tour, or outside the Offer Period;
  • Excludes Árasáin P&V, even where a live virtual tour is hosted for this property;
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any previous Rebooker, Direct Let Cashback, Free Rent, or Voucher offers from Here Student Living;
  • Excludes bookings made through nomination agreements or referral agreements (agent referrals may qualify); and
  • Excludes semester, flexible, and summer bookings.

Existing Here Student Living students who are in rent arrears or in breach of their 2025/26 tenancy agreement are not eligible for this offer.

8. Data Use, Verification and Liability

By making a booking, students consent to their email address and contact details being used by Here Student Living for the purposes of administering and communicating about this offer.

Here Student Living reserves the right to:

  • Verify eligibility at any time, including cross-referencing claims against the live tour attendance log;
  • Withhold or withdraw cashback in cases of suspected misuse, breach of these terms, or inaccurate information.

Here Student Living accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed within the required timeframe due to technical faults, system failures, or network issues beyond its control.

9. General

This offer is governed by all relevant UK laws. Here Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace this offer at any time without prior notice. Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
