Denied Visa Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Overview

If you are denied a visa and, as a result, are unable to enter the United Kingdom or Ireland to take up your university degree, you may cancel your booking with no obligation under the contract, provided the conditions set out below are met.

2. Evidence Requirements

2.1 Evidence of the visa denial must be sent to Now Student Living within 72 hours of the date shown on the refusal letter or official correspondence.

2.2 The required documentation must be received by Now Student Living within 72 hours of you receiving the correspondence from the visa control authority.

2.3 Documentation must be emailed to the email address for the residence you have booked, which can be found in your booking confirmation email.

3. Verification and Outcome

3.1 Once the documentation has been received, it will be verified.

3.2 If the documentation is accepted:

• Your agreement will be cancelled without penalty; and
• Any deposit or advance rent paid will be refunded in full.
