The halls are filled with communal spaces – in shared apartments and around the grounds – and the calendar is full of regular social events. There are also endless chance s to have downtime. Each room is spacious with lots of privacy: perfect for relaxing or studying. So you can switch between socialising and enjoying alone time whenever you want.

If you’re feeling apprehensive about moving away from home, don’t worry, it’s only natural. We know it can be daunting, and that’s why our Residence Team are on site 24/7 for any support or guidance.

Walk, run, cycle or bus: the choice is yours. Students love how they can walk to almost everything, and for places a bit further away, they make the most of our free cycle store. There are regular buses that run right outside the halls. There are 3 train stations in Dublin, with the main one, Conolly Train Station, being just a short drive away.

Your Rent

Superfast broadband: With 150Mbps you can work, stream videos, and FaceTime – all at the same time.

Secured deposits: All deposits are held securely in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
Contents insurance: This is included in your rent. It’s worth double checking what’s covered when signing your tenancy.
Energy Fee: All bookings are subject to a supplementary energy fee of €20 per week. This charge is a contribution towards utilities including water, heating, hot water and internet. The Energy Fee is payable in advance. Payment of the Energy Fee will be in line with your rent instalments which can be found in the Payment Schedule in your licence agreement.
The Licensor reserves the right to recharge the Licensee for non-residential, unreasonable or excessive use of such services.

The Energy Fee is a separate and distinct payment to the Booking Fee and Damage Deposit and is not a rental payment.
