Check in time is our of our busiest times of the year. With the large number of residents arriving at the property over a short period, it’s appropriate that we take additional COVID 19 precautions to keep yourself and our staff safe.
We will be in contact with you to arrange a check in slot, this is to minimise the numbers of residents arriving at the same time. We would also ask you to stick to the check-in slot that you have booked and that your loved ones only stay for the time it takes to get you settled in. You should ensure that you and your guest observe all of the Covid-19 signage that’s in place around the building too.
On arrival, all of your paperwork and keys will be waiting for you in reception. This will enable you to go straight to your room, unpack and fill out any documents required in your own time.
We have created an online form for you to use to tell us the details of anyone helping you move in. Their personal information will only be shared with health authorities if requested, and all data will be deleted 30 days after check-in. Your Residents’ Team will email this form to you before you arrive.
We also ask that face coverings are worn at all times when moving around the building. You won’t need to wear a face covering if you are seated in reception or in a social space.
Whilst there are no obligations regarding households coming together, we would recommend that residents either undertake a lateral flow test and receive a negative result or socially distance from flatmates for the first 10 days of moving into your accommodation.
