Rent Cashback 24/25

All prizes and discounts, hereafter referred to as ‘offers’ are valid on a limited number of bookings only. When the maximum number of offers has been reached, they will be withdrawn. Where a promo code is required, the code must be entered when requested during the booking process.

Each offer is not available in conjunction with any other offers unless stated otherwise. Offers are not applicable to semester lets. In cases where a room is booked with dual occupancy, only the lead booker will receive the offer. The offers are as stated, and no cash or other alternative will be provided.

The offers are not transferable, nor are they applicable to tenancy takeovers or university nomination bookings. All offers are processed once the resident has signed their contract, paid their first rent instalment and moved into the property for the 24/25 academic year.

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the offers at any time (and for any reason) without notice. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the offers will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Limited availability for all bookings made for the tenancy length specified in the ‘Qualifying Tenancy length’ column.

This offer will be valid for all bookings made from the date listed in the column titled ‘valid from’. Cashback on rent will be applied to the booker’s account as credit. A cashback on rent worth the amount specified in the ‘cashback amount’ column will be issued to those qualifying. For residents who are paying in full, the cashback will be applied before their full payment is due. For residents paying in instalments, the cashback will be applied before the second instalment is due.

This offer cannot be combined with any other offer and may be withdrawn at any time. Valid on a limited number of new bookings. When the maximum number of offers has been reached, the offer will be withdrawn. Purchase is necessary.

The following properties and room types are eligible for the cashback amounts detailed below. Once the cap has been reached, Now Student Living reserves the right to withdraw this offer.
