• Offer available on selected rooms only. Coffee machine to be redeemed once 22/23 tenancy is signed, the first instalment of rent has been paid and you have moved into The West Wing. Not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Hox Park

Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions:

1. The Refer a Friend offer is open to all new residents who have booked a room for the 2022/23 academic year at Hox Park and who have recommended the Accommodation to a friend(s) – a “Referred Student”.
2. When the Referred Student subsequently becomes a resident of the Accommodation (a Referral), the Reward on offer is as follows:

a. £100 voucher for both the Referrer Student and the Referee Student for every referral made for any room type

3. The Reward is on offer in respect of referrals leading to new bookings for the 2022/23 academic year only.
4. The reward is subject to availability.
5. The Reward is being offered by MREF III Runnymede Operations Limited, Hox Park, c/o Here! Student Living
6. For a Referral to be eligible for the Reward:
   1. the Referred Student(s) must book their room between 1st March 2022 and 31st August 2022;
   2. the Referred Student(s) must have booked a room, paid their deposit and first rent instalment or rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2022/23 academic year.
7. To claim the Reward:
   1. the Referrer must contact the Hox Park site team in writing (via email) (hoxpark@herestudents.com) giving the name of the Referred Student(s) within 28 days of the date on which the Referred Student(s) booked a room at the Accommodation.
8. On receipt of the email from the Referrer, the Hox Park site team will verify the eligibility to claim the Reward.
9. The closing date of the Refer a Friend incentive is 31st August 2022; applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
10. The Refer a Friend incentive is available for limited time only and can be withdrawn or extended at any time.
11. Once the Hox Park site team has verified eligibility, both Students will receive the Reward via email within 1 month of moving into the Accommodation and paid either their rent in full or 1st rent instalment.
12. The incentive is being managed by Here! Student Living who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Reward at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
13. Here! Student Living’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Premium Studio Offer Terms & Conditions:

• Offer redeemable after move in. Offer available on selected rooms only. To be redeemed once 22/23 tenancy is signed, the first instalment of rent has been paid and you have moved into Hox Park. One offer to be selected out of the four available. A year of free laundry refers to a £200 Circuit Laundry voucher, which provides enough washes for 1x per week for the length of your tenancy. Available in conjunction with the Refer a Friend offer.
