HERE – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle – Poster Design Competition T&Cs

Promoter: Now Students, located at 1st Floor Gallery Court, 28 Arcadia Ave, London, United Kingdom, N3 2FG. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platforms on which it may be promoted.

This competition is open to all residents of HERE properties.

Employees of the promoter, their family members, or anyone else connected with the prize draw may not enter.

There is no entry fee.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Theme: All poster designs must focus on the concept of “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.”
  2. Original Work: All submissions must be original artwork created by the participant. Use of copyrighted characters or clip art is strictly prohibited.
  3. Format and Size: Posters should be created in a standard size between 8.5″ x 11″ and 18″ x 24″.
  4. All submissions should be sent electronically in either of the following formats: JPEG, PNG, or PDF format are required. Non-Electronic Posters should be scanned, sized and formatted appropriately.
  5. Materials: Participants may use various media including but not limited to watercolour, pen and ink, crayon, markers, or computer graphics.
  6. Branding requirements: Posters should not include HERE branding or specific site details.
  7. Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged based on:
    1. Clear message conveyed through text and artwork
    1. Creativity, originality, and artistic quality
    1. Visual clarity and correct spelling
    1. Adherence to the “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” theme
    1. Should appeal to students
  8. Submission: Each entry must be accompanied by a completed entry form with the participant’s details. Submissions should be sent to your site’s main email address.
  9. Intellectual Property Rights: All submitted artwork becomes the property of HERE/NOW and may be reproduced without compensation to the artist.
  10. Prizes:
    1. 1st Prize: £200 voucher and poster displayed in all HERE/NOW properties
    1. 2nd Prize: £100 voucher
    1. 3rd Prize: £50 voucher
  11. Deadline: 15th April at 5pm GMT
  12. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing date.
  13. Prize distribution: Winners will receive an E- voucher totalling either £200, £100 or £50 through the form of an Amazon E-voucher. Winners will receive the voucher within 7 days of winner being informed and responding with confirmation of their email address, which the voucher will be sent to.
  14. Disqualification: Any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions may be disqualified at the discretion of the organisers.
  15. Changes to the Competition: The organisers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if necessary.
  16. Data Protection: Personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
  17. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By submitting an entry, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Now Student’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

Now Student also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

By entering the competition, the winner consents to any publicity generated as a result of the draw and use on websites, social media platforms, magazines or mobile services at any time without further consent or payment. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

These terms and conditions are governed by all-relevant UK laws.
