Effective for Bookings for the 2026/27 Academic Year
1. Eligibility
1.1 This Rebooker Price Freeze Offer (“Offer”) applies only to bookings made for the 2026/27 academic year.
1.2 To qualify, the applicant must:
- (a) Have completed a booking for the 2026/27 academic year for a minimum tenancy length of 41 weeks; and
- (b) Complete the booking before 00:01 on 1st May 2026 (“Eligibility Deadline”); and
- (c) Already have an active booking for the 2025/26 academic year at the same Here Student Living property.
1.3 The Offer applies only to the room type booked and a like-for-like contract length.
The comparison must be for the exact same room type within the same property (for example, same size category, ensuite type, shared facilities, and any other defining features).
2. What This Offer Covers
2.1 The applicant is entitled to book at the same weekly rate and contract length as their 2025/26 booking for the 2026/27 academic year, even if that contract length is not advertised for their current room type.
2.2 The 2025/26 weekly rate is exclusive of any discounts or incentives that may have been applied at a later date.
2.3 This Offer can only be used for the same room type and the same contract length (see clause 1.3).
3. How to Claim
3.1 Applicants will book for the 2026/27 academic year at the advertised price. A rent credit will be added to their rent account once an Offer claim has been received, to reflect the new total rent due.
3.2 Claims must be submitted by the applicant via email to the property’s email address within 24 hours of completing their booking.
3.3 Applicants must state within the email that they wish to take advantage of the Rebooker Price Freeze Offer.
3.4 We reserve the right to verify the Offer and confirm its availability at the time of the claim.
3.5 If approved, we will apply a credit to the applicant’s 2026/27 rent account to reflect the new total rent due, based on applying the 2025/26 weekly rate to the booking.
3.6 The rent credit will be added within 7 days of the email claim being received and will be applied to:
- The second instalment, where the applicant has selected to pay in instalments; or
- The first instalment, where the applicant has selected to pay in full.
4. Exclusions
4.1 This Offer does not apply to:
- (a) Bookings made after 00:01 on 1st May 2026;
- (b) Tenancies shorter than 41 weeks;
- (c) Different room types;
- (d) Different tenancy lengths;
- (e) Properties, locations, or room types specifically excluded from this Offer;
- (f) Bookings for the 2026/27 academic year referred through a nomination agreement or referral agreement (international agent referrals can qualify).
5. Included Properties or Room Types
This Offer applies only to the following:
- Hox Park, Egham – Studio Bedrooms only
- Leonardo, Leeds – All rooms
6. General Conditions
6.1 Here Student Living may modify or withdraw this Offer at any time. Such changes will not affect valid claims submitted prior to any change.
6.2 Only one successful claim may be applied per booking.
6.3 This Offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
6.4 Our decision on eligibility and application of the Offer is final.
6.5 These Terms do not amend or replace the standard tenancy agreement. In the event of any conflict, the tenancy agreement prevails.
6.6 These terms and conditions are governed by all relevant UK laws.
