Effective for Bookings for the 2026/27 Academic Year
1. Eligibility
1.1 This Rebooker Price Freeze Offer(“Offer”) applies only to bookings made for the 2026/27 academic year.
1.2 To qualify, the applicant must:
• (a) Have a completed a booking for 2026/27 academic year for a minimum tenancy length of 41 weeks; and
• (b) Complete the booking before 00:01 1 February 2026 (“Eligibility Deadline”).
• (c) Already have an active booking for 25/26 academic year at the same Now Student Living Property.
1.3 The Offer applies only to the room type booked and a like for like contract length. The comparison must be for the exact same room type within the same property (e.g., same size category, ensuite type, shared facilities, and any other defining features).
2. What This Offer Covers
2.1 The applicant is entitled to book at the same weekly rate and contract length as their 25/26 booking for the 26/27 academic year – even if that contract length is not advertised for their current room type.
2.2 The 25/26 weekly rate is exclusive of any discounts or incentives that may have been applied at a later date.
2.3 This offer can only be used for the same room type and the same contract length. (see clause 1.3)
3. How to Claim
3.1 Applicants will book for 26/27 at the advertised price and a credit will be added to their rent account once an offer claim has been received, to reflect the new total rent due.
3.2 Claims must be submitted by the applicant via email to the property’s email address within 24 hours of completing their booking.
3.3 Applicants must state that they wish to take advantage of the Rebooker Price Freeze Offer within the email.
3.4 We reserve the right to verify the offer and confirm its availability at the time of the claim.
3.5 If approved, we will apply a credit to the applicant’s 26/27 rent account to reflect the new total rent due, based on applying the 25/26 weekly rate to the booking.
3.6 A rent credit will be added within 7 days of the email claim being received and will be added to the second instalment (if the applicant has selected to pay in instalments) or the first instalment (if the applicant has selected to pay in full).
5. Exclusions
5.1 This Guarantee does not apply to:
(a) Bookings made after 1 February 2026
(b) Tenancies shorter than 41 weeks
(c) Different room types
(d) Different tenancy lengths
(e) Properties, locations, or room types specifically excluded from this Guarantee
(f) Excludes bookings for the 26/27 academic year referred through a nomination agreement or a referral agreement (international agent referrals can qualify for this offer).
5.2 Included Properties or Room Types
(a) Hox Park, Egham – Studio Bedrooms Only
(b) Leonardo, Leeds – All Rooms
6. General Conditions
6.1 Now Student Living may modify or withdraw this Offer at any time, but such changes will not affect valid claims submitted prior to any change.
6.2 Only one successful claim may be applied per booking.
6.3 This Offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
6.4 Our decision on eligibility and offer comparison is final.
6.5 These Terms do not amend or replace the standard tenancy agreement; in any conflict, the tenancy agreement prevails.
6.6 These terms and conditions are governed by the All-relevant UK laws.
