These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Here! Students Content Creator Programme (“Programme”) and form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “Contributor”) and Here! Students (“we”, “us”, “our”). By applying for and participating in the Programme, you agree to comply with the following Terms:

1. Application and Enrolment

1.1 To be considered for the Programme, you must submit a sample of the type of content you can produce. This should reflect your typical creative output and demonstrate your originality and style.

1.2 Here! Students reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its sole discretion.

2. Content Submission and Review

2.1 Once enrolled, you may submit original content for our review. Content must be your own, created solely by you, and free from any third-party intellectual property claims.

2.2 We reserve the right to determine what content is acceptable and usable for our brand. Content deemed inappropriate, low-quality, or inconsistent with our brand values will be rejected.

2.3 There is no obligation on Here! Students to use or publish submitted content.

3. Content Guidelines

3.1 All submitted content must:

  • Be original and created solely by the Contributor.
  • Not contain any offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or illegal material.
  • Be respectful of all individuals, groups, and communities.
  • Avoid including third-party trademarks, music, copyrighted imagery, or branding without explicit permission.

3.2 Here! Students may provide additional creative direction or brand guidelines to align submitted content with our marketing standards.

4. Social Sharing and Tagging (Optional)

4.1 While not required, we welcome and encourage Contributors to share their approved content on their personal social media platforms.

4.2 If you choose to share the content publicly, we ask that you:

  • Tag Here! Students on relevant platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok).
  • Add us as a collaborator where the platform allows (e.g. Instagram Collab feature).

4.3 Tagging and collaboration help us increase visibility and engagement but are entirely optional. You can participate fully in the Programme and be eligible for payment without posting content to your own channels.

4.4 By posting the content and tagging us, you give Here! Students permission to engage with and reshare the post across our channels.

5. Ownership and Usage Rights

5.1 Upon payment, full and exclusive ownership of the approved content transfers to Here! Students.

5.2 We will have the perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and royalty-free right to use the content across all media, including but not limited to:

  • Organic social media channels
  • Paid advertising (e.g. Meta Ads, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Website and blog
  • Email campaigns
  • Print marketing

5.3 You waive any moral rights in the content upon transfer of ownership.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment will be made for each approved piece of content in the form of a £20 amazon gift card, delivered to the email address you provide.

6.2 Payment will be made only after the content is reviewed, approved, and ownership has transferred to Here! Students.

6.3 While the earning potential is uncapped, all content is subject to individual approval and payment is not guaranteed for every submission.

7. Programme Duration and Termination

7.1 Here! Students Living reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Programme at any time without notice or liability.

7.2 Termination does not affect any rights already granted to Here! Students for content previously accepted and paid for.

8. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

8.1 In line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), any personal data you provide to us (e.g. name, email, social handles, etc.) will be processed lawfully and solely for the purpose of administering the Programme.

8.2 Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

8.3 You have the right to request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [insert contact email].

8.4 By participating in the Programme, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. General Provisions

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9.2 Here! Students shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses incurred as a result of your participation in the Programme.

9.3 Participation in the Programme constitutes full agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
