1. Offer Period

Students who complete a Group Booking to live together in the same flat at one of the Here Student Living properties listed in clause 12 (“Property”) for the 2026/27 academic year, between 1 November 2025 and 31 December 2026 (“Entry Period”), will receive one (1) £200/€200 gift card or shopping voucher per group, subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Group Size Requirement

The minimum size of a Group Booking is:

  • Four (4) students to qualify for one (1) £200/€200 gift card or shopping voucher per group

3. Eligibility – Group Booking

To qualify for this Offer:

3.1 Customers must complete a booking as a group (Group Booking size defined in clause 2) at a Property during the Entry Period.

3.2 Each individual member of the Group must:

  • Be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period; and
  • Be undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2026/27 academic year; and
  • Check in to the accommodation at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy or contract period; and
  • Be living with Here Student Living for the 2026/27 academic year with a valid Tenancy Agreement (or Lease Agreement in ROI if staying in one of our Welsh properties) for a minimum of 16 weeks, without having given Here Student Living notice of cancellation.

Rooms are subject to availability.

4. Booking Completion

A Group Booking will be considered complete only where each member of the Group has:

  • Accepted the terms and conditions of Here Student Living’s 2026/27 Tenancy Agreement (or Lease Agreement in ROI);
  • Paid any required deposit or pre-payment of rent; and
  • Passed any applicable cooling-off or cancellation period without giving Here Student Living notice of cancellation.

Bookings that complete after 5:30pm on 31 December 2026 will not qualify for this Offer.

5. Exclusions

This Offer:

  • Cannot be applied retrospectively to customers who have already completed a booking at a Property for the 2026/27 academic year; and
  • Excludes bookings for the 2026/27 academic year referred through a nomination agreement or referral agreement (agent referrals may qualify).

Existing Here Student Living customers who are in rent arrears or otherwise in breach of their 2025/26 tenancy agreement are not eligible for this Offer.

6. Voucher Terms

  • There are no cash alternatives to a gift card or shopping voucher.
  • Gift cards or shopping vouchers will be emailed or collected by qualifying customers within three (3) weeks of the date of arrival/check-in.
  • The gift card or shopping voucher is personal to the qualifying group and is non-transferable.

7. Group Booking Confirmation Process

7.1 To be valid, all students included in the Group Booking must email the Here Student Living property where the booking has been made within 24 hours of making their booking, confirming:

  • The names of the other Group Booking members; and
  • That they are booking as part of a group and wish to claim the gift card or shopping voucher.

7.2 A nominated and consistent “group leader” must be stated by all Group Booking members within the qualification email.

8. Group Leader Responsibility

8.1 The nominated group leader will be the recipient of the gift card or shopping voucher on distribution.

8.2 It is the responsibility of the group leader to ensure the value of the gift card or shopping voucher is distributed evenly and in accordance with the wishes of the Group Booking members.

8.3 Here Student Living accepts no liability and will not intervene in the event of any misuse or misappropriation of the gift card or shopping voucher by the group leader.

9. Data Use and Liability

By making a Group Booking at a Property, each customer consents to their email address and contact details being used by Here Student Living for the purposes of contacting them in connection with this Offer.

Here Student Living accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Entry Period due to technical faults, system failures, or network or server failures of any kind.

10. Participating Properties

This Offer is applicable to:

  • All Here Student Living properties

11. Offer Restrictions

This Offer:

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with the Refer a Friend Offer for the 2026/27 academic year.
  • Students must choose at the time of booking whether to participate in this Offer or the Refer a Friend Offer, and that choice cannot be changed retrospectively.

For the avoidance of doubt, this restriction does not prevent this Offer from being used in conjunction with other promotions provided by Here Student Living, unless otherwise stated in those promotions’ terms and conditions.

12. General

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and all relevant UK laws.

Here Student Living reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer at any time.
