Employees of the promoter, their family members, or anyone else connected with the prize draw may not enter.
There is no entry fee. Purchase is necessary – prizes will be issued when a tenancy agreements for AY252 have been countersigned.

Terms and Conditions:
- Bookings must be made countersigned before 00:00 31st March
- Bookers must be a ‘Rebooker’ the definition of which is someone who has lived with Here! Students in a previous academic year (AY) for 20 weeks or longer.
- Prizes will be issued within 28 days of a countersigned tenancy agreement.
- Only valid for direct bookings with Here! Students.
- Not applicable to those bookings via University or Institutional nomination/referral.
- Normal terms of sale apply.
- All rebookings made that have a signed tenancy agreement before 00:00 31st March 2025 will be entered into a prize draw to win £5,000.
- Winners will be selected at random from all entries across participating Here! Students Sites.
- £5,000 cash prize will be in the form of a pre-paid mastercard or similar
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- To enter the competition you must make a booking for AY2526
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
