Promoter: Now Students, located at 1st Floor Gallery Court, 28 Arcadia Ave, London, United Kingdom, N3 2FG. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platforms on which it may be promoted.

This competition is only open to new bookings who will be making a booking for AY2526 but have not lived with a Here property before. Employees of the promoter, their family members, or anyone else connected with the prize draw may not enter.

There is no entry fee. Purchase is necessary – prizes will be issued when a tenancy agreement for AY2526 has been countersigned. Only bookings made at the below participating properties will be eligible for the £1,000 Booking Cashback Prize Draw Competition:

  • Leonardo, Leeds
  • The Depot, Exeter

Terms and Conditions:

  • Bookings must be made countersigned before 00:00 31st March
  • Prizes will be issued within 28 days of moving in to the eligible property booked for the 2526AY, pending no arrears have been accumulated for this or the previous year’s booking.
  • Only valid for direct bookings with Now Students.
  • Not applicable to those bookings via University or Institutional nomination/referral.
  • Normal terms of sale apply.
  • New bookings made that have a signed tenancy agreement before 00:00 31st March 2025 will be entered into a prize draw to win £1,000.
  • Winners will be selected at random from all entries across participating Now Student Sites.
  • Rebookers who qualify for the £5,000 Prize Draw competition will not also be eligible for this Prize Draw.
  • £1,000 cash prize will be in the form of a pre-paid mastercard or similar
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • To enter the competition you must make a booking for AY2526
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
  • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  • The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Now Student’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into. Now Student  also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
